Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible to oversee routine and advanced duties for other professionals. They work closely with administrators and other employees to organize files, create correspondence and prepare reports or documents.
Job Duties:
1. TECHNICAL documentATION AND UPDATES
Process contracts to be registered in the system.Process Request for Payment for the issued billing/invoices.Update billing monitoring regularly.Process purchase requisition for the requested materials needed.Coordinate to internal and external client for status update.2. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Assist in setting of appointments and meetings. Taking and handling of Minutes of Meetings as necessary.Filing of necessary documents systematically and assist on accessing of needed files.Receiving and/or preparing letters, memos and other correspondence.Prepare and monitor of transmittal items. In charge of office supplies requisition.To monitor and ensure that all the needs of the department are available.Process deployment of the team for site inspection/visit.Process Request for Payment for the internal billingJob Qualifications:
College degree in Business Studies in Administration.Minimum of 2 years work experience.Preferably with work experience from real estate developer.
