Key Qualifications :Graduate of BSBA in Human Resources Management / BS or AB Psychology or any behavioral-related course;Work experience in HR handling talent acquisition, employee relations, and admin functions;Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.Has effective communication and coordination skills;Proactive, focused, and  but flexible at work;    Has a strong sense of urgency and service orientation;Applicants must be willing to work in BGC.Job Summary  : Responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Information System, Administrative works and Compliance in all government-mandated regulations.  Ensures and assists in implementing policies, and procedures which are mandatory for every employee.Job Description :End to End RecruitmentReceives approved Personnel Requisition Form (PRF) from the requesting Department / Ensures PRFs are covered/supported with Job Descriptions;Drafts and posts approved Job Ads through online job engines;Sources and shortlists resume that meet the qualifications based on signed Job Description;Invites applicants over the phone, thru e-mail or text message;Conducts phone interview or initial screening and schedules in-house exam;Endorses qualified candidates to Department Heads;Prepares request for payment (RFP) for Psychological test;Conducts background check;Prepares Job Offer Details Slip for approval and filling out and signature of Department Manager and Managing Director;Instructs considered applicants to process the pre-employment requirements;Prepares and checks Job Offer and Employment Contract based on approved Job Offer Details Slip;Ensures completion of pre-employment requirements prior to orientation;Collects pre-employment requirements for 201 files;Endorses newly hired employees to IT Department for ID picture and biometrics registration;Endorses newly hired employees to their respective supervisors for department’s orientation;Conducts and documents exit interview and collects ID, ATM, and HMO Card;AdministrativePrepares and submits Manpower Report, from hiring to separation;Monitors and distributes evaluation forms to immediate supervisor on a timely manner;Processes employee movements through Notice of Personnel Action form;Provides administrative supports by encoding, printing, filing, photocopying, answering telephone calls, maintaining equipment and supplies;Pulls out 201 files of separated employees;Employee RelationsPrepares and drafts Notice of Explain (NTE) based on submitted and discussed Incident Report;Drafts Notice of Disciplinary Action (NDA) based on the evidences and recommendations;Coordinates/ clarifies with Immediate Supervisor of erring personnel details of behavioral concerns;Attends to employee’s query and concern;Conducts employment counseling and coaching to deployed employees as endorsed by Department Heads;ComplianceUpdates self on government regulations/rulings;Coordinates and monitors with outsourced agencies/cooperatives necessary compliance to government regulations, e.g., Wage Orders, updates on contributions;Prepares necessary documents required on DOLE/NLRC hearings on SENA;Other tasks as assignedKey Qualifications :Graduate of BSBA in Human Resources Management / BS or AB Psychology or any behavioral-related course;Work experience in HR handling talent acquisition, employee relations, and admin functions;Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.Has effective communication and coordination skills;Proactive, focused, and  but flexible at work;     Has a strong sense of urgency and service orientation;Applicants must be willing to work in BGC.
