JOB SUMMARYThe position is responsible for the timely preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements and ensuring that all cash related transactions are properly accounted and recorded in the Company's books. JOB DUTIES AND RESPonSIBILITIESReviews and supervises the preparation of the following:Bank reconciliation statementsBank reconciling entriesCondo Corp site collectionsRecording of fund transfersRecording of money market placementsSAP clearing of cash accountsAccrual and monitoring of interest expensesRecording of other cash related transactionsEnsures timely submission of bank reconciliation statementsEnsures that all month-end closing cash related transactions are properly recorded in the booksMonitors unrecorded cash transactions and communicate the same with the concerned departments for dispositionRecommends areas for improvement in the existing processes affecting cash accountPosts cash related adjusting entries in SAPPerforms other tasks that maybe required from time to time JOB QUALIFICATIonSMust be a Certified Public Accountant At least 3 years experience gained in a Real Estate Company With working knowledge on using computerized Accounting Systems preferably SAPHighly analytical and keen on detailsCan work under pressureWilling to work beyond office hours if neededWith good communications and interpersonal skillsProficient on using MS applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
