CIB Fund Servicing Analyst - (210345305)

Responsibilities:

Process and validate capital and expense instructions from clients and fund managers in accordance with the established work practices and procedures.Perform review of processed instructions by team members and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all transactions processed.Work with various internal teams such as Fund Accounting, Trades, Futures, FFX, Income Accounting, COACS, Managed Funds, Global Derivatives, and Reconciliations to process transactions and resolve any exceptions in a timely mannerInvestigate and resolve cash breaks. Liaise and escalate with internal teams as necessary for resolution.Respond to and resolve client inquiries in a timely mannerStrong understanding of Risk Management with ability to manage issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolutionEnsure all day-to-day queries are handled within required timelines and escalate issues as necessaryAttend and drive internal onshore partner meetings, usually via conference call, to ensure needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded; ensure resolution of follow up itemsActive involvement in projects within the team

Qualifications/Requirements

Subject matter expertise in fund accounting or strong financial markets product knowledge preferredStrong analytical and problem solving skills, including taking the initiative to drive change and enhance controlsSelf-starter and ability to learn quicklyStrong oral and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate strategic messages clearly and consistently with the team, making linkages to individual goals and accomplishmentsStrong relationship management and partnership with a large array of constituents; ability to manage by influence to promote changeLeadership with proven ability to manage by influence to promote changeProactive in identifying and escalating issuesBachelor’s degree or equivalent.
