Skills and Knowledge:
• At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Previous experience in SAP or similar ERP
• Prefer candidate from IT industry
• Ability to build solid, effective and professional working relationships with internal and external contacts
• Must be able to operate independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Possess initiative and a sense of urgency
• Have the ability to problem solve and think outside the box
• Writes and speaks clearly. Develops well organised emails, memos, letters and proposals using appropriate vocabulary, and creating the right tone.
• Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail, proactive follow-up and efficient time management
• Ability to use Office programs such as Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word.
• Previous experience with SAP would be highly regarded.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To maintain exceptional customer service, and consistently strive to exceed customer expectations.
• First point of contact for all customer enquiries
• The day-to-day achievement of both individual and team MBO’s
• Proactively manage all Order Management related challenges to ensure prompt delivery of our clients’ purchases
• To monitor & manage customer enquiries in line with the set SLA’s
• Completion of required Post Sales Register
• Market the successes within Westcon-Comstor
• Monitor, manage and provide quality feedback on customer activity
• Attend internal and external Westcon product training
• Seek continuous process improvements, ensuring highest quality delivery of services
• Ensure punctuality to all internal and external meetings.
• Act as an educator for our customers – show them tools and how to self-serve, and how to interact better with us to ensure smooth processing of orders
• Other duties as requested
