JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtain client information by answering and placing telephone calls, interviewing clients and third parties; verifying information.Update pertinent software system with data gathered from telephone calls, and notating the status / disposition of each call, as required by the context.Interact professionally on the phone and in writing.Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.Identify and escalate priority issues.Properly complete call logs.Maintain high levels of customer service.Properly care for and maintain communications equipment, reporting any problems encountered.Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Good attention to detailPrevious Call Center experience is an advantageWilling to work at night and on shifting/weekend schedules
