Supply Chain Officer

Job Description:

Prepare and arrange purchasing and requisitions services.Sourcing, solicit bid proposals, negotiation, vendor selection and request new vendor approval (accreditation) to headquarters.Generate purchase orders and follow up due dates.Work with vendors to resolve critical issues affecting quality and delivery.Prepare paper work for Customs clearance and shipment monitoring both inbound and outbound.Communicate shipment status to internal and HQ.Coordinate the efforts of vendors, freight forwarders, and HQ to ensure the smooth flow of products throughout every phase of the supply chain.Understand warehouse and inventory computer systemsReceiving, storage, pull-out and dispatch of goods throughout warehouseMaintain cycle count accuracyMake decisions consistent with the organizations guiding policies and/or criteria regarding procurement, transportation, logistics, inventory management, etc.Monitor all supply chain activities to compliance to local laws and regulations.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in a business administration field such as economics, logistics, supply chain management or other related.At least 3 years’ experience in area of procurement, logistics and supply chain managementExcellent communication skills (reading, speaking and writing)Computer skills specifically in MS Office, ERP experience would be an advantage.Very good negotiation skill.Reliability, honesty, and trustworthinessAbility to exert professional manners with team at all timesAble to travel in short period
