The Regulatory Operations Team is responsible for the on-going management and administration of global derivative transactions across all businesses which are cleared or reportable from pre-settlement to termination.

The Regulatory Operations Team is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of transaction reporting across the EMEA region, including MIFIR Transaction and Post Trade Reporting, EMIR, REMIT, and SFTR regulation. You will be responsible for daily deliverables including monitoring and clearing exceptions, producing management reporting, and working with stakeholders including business, compliance, legal, and technology. You will have a good understanding of trade lifecycle and system flows and use this knowledge to aid in investigations. In addition to daily deliverables, you will be working on continuous improvement initiatives to our processes, and applying your strong risk mindset to identify and escalate issues.
about you:
With prior Financial markets or European regulatory reporting experience (ideally 1-3 years), you will be able to hit the ground running in this fast paced role. Your experience with delivering process improvements, and working with data tools including Alteryx to investigate large data sets will be an asset to the team. You will be comfortable working within a team, collaborating across borders, and will have good stakeholder management skills.
