The Process Associate for Business Performance (KPI & Reports) will be responsible in providing reporting services to support organization’s operations globally. They are also responsible in designing, generating, and extracting reports from different tools and ensure that business process is applied accordingly. Roles and ResponsibilitiesPerform daily execution and update of business processes for the Shared Service Center ensuring that standard operating procedures are completely followed.Execute, extract, and generate different reports with timeliness and accuracy as requested by the counterparts.Provide services to counterparts for KPI reporting to specific customers, milestones update, automations, or other requested dashboards and KPI reporting.Support and contributes to the Business Performance team in initiating continuous improvement for the development of the process and the team. General Qualifications4 years college/university degree holderExperience in freight forwarding / logistics industry is an advantage.Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Forms)Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macro, Advance functions, and formula) is required in this position.Able to converse and write English at a high-level fluency (business negotiation level)Strong logical and analytical skillsHigh level of organizational skills and keen to detailsFlexible, innovative, and self-directed personAbility to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, and can work under tight deadlinesOpen to work in a busy, dynamic and culturally diverse working environment
