ResponsibilitiesProject the company image by providing excellent customer serviceDeliver customer service through phone and email.Act as an interface between the customers and the company by attending to their queries, taking in product orders, and handling consumer complaintsProvide customers with accurate product information and even make sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better productsEnjoys customer interaction and take the extra mile to engage customersRequirementsMust be able to provide excellent phone support to clientsExperience supporting customers through chat and email is an advantageAt least a year relevant experience in Customer ServiceHas an excellent phone disposition, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in e-Commerce, online Retail and/or Catalog Retailer service experience is an advantage but not requiredComputer, Internet, and Social Media savvyMust be willing to work on a night shiftWilling to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City (temporary WFH set up)Temporary work from homeCan start ASAP
