Data Entry Specialists (Freight/Logistics) | Ortigas/Cubao

Responsibilities:

Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and formsCheck completed work for accuracy and correct data when necessaryComply with data integrity and security policiesProvide customers with product and service information with highest quality standardResearch required information using available resourcesPrepare and finalize reports (i.e., End of Day Report, other reports as requested)Attend to client calls and meeting as necessaryEnsure that assigned and discussed KPIs are metPerform other related/ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the client or Team LeaderAdhere to Management strategies in assisting with Data Entry-related tasks as delegated in urgent situations

Requirements:

At least 1-year experience in freight forwarding or logistics or 2-years of solid Data Encoder experienceFresh graduates of BS Customs Administration or any shipping/freight forwarding courses are welcome to applyLicensed broker and with import/export shipment data entry experience is an advantageWith keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills of at least 45 WPMKnowledgeable in EDI Cargo Wise is a PLUSKnowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacyMust be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethicGood English language communication skills - both verbal and writtenFlexibility to accept and take on additional tasks when requiredMust be willing to work in our Ortigas or Cubao office
