Supply Chain Systems Specialist (Project-Based Role)

Role Description:

This is a project position for 2 years under Dole Asia Holdings (DAH). As a Supply Chain Systems Specialist, you will be part of a team that oversees Global planning systems and supports wide range of Supply Chain Projects working closely with supply chain functions in the markets and the factories to shape and implement digital supply chain planning transformations.

Specifically, this role will have the following responsibilities:

Work with cross functional team spread across US/Asia/Europe to ensure smooth and efficient working of F&B planning workflows that uses BY Demand Planner, Global Supply Solution using ESP, S&OP and Factory Supply Planning systems.Your primary expertise is in digital supply chain planning, operating models, processes (demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, IBP), Supply chain planning systems (primarily with Blue Yonder), supply chain analytics and transformation.You will be a key focal point for Control Tower Implementation in supporting the Global Supply Planning, Factory Supply Planning solutions, S&OP, improvements, and workflows. These solutions are enabled using Blue Yonder Solutions based on SaaS platform and in this role, you will have to ensure successful implementation and sustain the solution usability that is a mix of techno functional requirements starting with

a) Support review and analysis of interfaces from SAP to BY and BY to SAP

b) Support daily and weekly planning workflows

c) Support issue analysis and resolution and work closely with the Dole planning teams and BY Cloud teams to ensure business operations are supported

d) Support continuous improvements and enhancements to the solutions in terms of new functionality, reports and supporting user training

e) Work closely with cross functional team across both NAM, AS, EU and have excellent interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible to support end user adoption of Supply Chain Planning Systems with a passion to use technology to solve business problems.You should be able to perform complex analysis and create innovative ideas to support benefits realization. You can identify what is required to solve challenges as well as build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across different teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferably with Computer Science Engineering background.6-8 years’ experience within a consulting firm/Supply Chain systems team within a Manufacturing operation, with exposure to Planning process optimization/automation as well as Integrated Business Planning implementation and Supply chain system improvement projectsSkilled in advanced supply chain analytics techniques and applications including Power BI or any other reporting tool.Experience with advanced supply chain planning technology solutions from Blue Yonder (Enterprise Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Luminate Control tower) and knowledge of SAP with be an added advantage but not mandatory. Need to have reasonable SQL skills and understanding of database concepts and reportingAble to ask appropriate questions to assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution, assess integration complexity, architecture constraints.Experience in an FMCG multinational and/or consumer packaged foods industry will be an advantage.Ability to work with a variety of different business and local cultures will be integral to succeed in this role.Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
