Job Summary:The Customer Care Officer is the point of contact of the buyer within the organization from post-booking until loan takeout. He/She is responsible for the achievement of his/her target by assisting the buyer in their loan takeout journey with the financing partners. Make sure accounts will be taken out with financing institutions based on milestones.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with all transactions.Provide updated information to clients.Status Monitoring and Updating of accounts managedProgress Monitoring based on milestones (Post Booking to Loan Takeout).Provide assistance to the team.Perform tasks that may be assigned.Qualifications:College graduate of 4-year course, preferably business degree.Preferably with at least 1-year relevant experience in loan processing and/or customer servicing.Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)Flexible and adaptable to change, resourceful, trustworthy, open to criticism, positive attitude, compassionate, professional, team player, respectful, service excellence, and innovative.Must be amenable to work onsite at Tinio Mandaluyong City.
