PetSure is Australia's leading provider of pet health insurance products and act as underwriting agents and administrators for Australia's leading pet health insurance brands.

about the role:

The CS Officer shall answer inbound service calls from a number of Brand Partners and shall provide them with a First Call Resolution service in an accurate, efficient and professional manner.

In addition to inbound calls, the CS Officer may be required to complete allocated work items / tasks and make follow-up outbound calls to existing customers.

Furthermore, the role means you have the following responsibilities and accountabilities:

This role will have primary responsibility for :

Answer all inbound calls in accordance with defined productivity and quality standardsObtain 1st call resolution on inbound callsMake outbound follow-up calls as requiredComplete allocated work tasks within agreed turnaround timeComplete client correspondence in accordance with defined productivity and quality standardsCompleting interdepartmental enquiries in a timely and professional mannerDeliver quality customer service in accordance to agreed quality standardsOwn and manage customer complaints timely and effectivelyAchieve expected KPI’s and targetsAdhere to all company policies, including, but not limited to, computer usage, attendance and absenteeism policyEnsure new policy details are recorded accuratelyEnsure changes to insurance policies and/or premiums are executed correctly

Qualifications:

Preferred Tertiary qualifications in any disciplines. Candidate must be a graduate of Senior High School and/or has completed at least 2nd year in college will be considered. Must have at least 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.Experience in quality-controlled working environment is desirableExcellent Communication SkillsMust be knowledgeable in basic computer applicationsHigh Level initiative, accountability and self-motivationTeam-playerStrong Customer Service orientationKeen to details, accuracy and completenessOperational, pragmatic and process driveFull-time position available/ Office-based jobCan start on October 3, 2022
