Ensures on time delivery of requested raw materials for Jetstar, Buena Suerte and other traded products for JAHP, Jetbest2 and JANC without sacrificing quality and a best possible price.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitors and processes ordering of raw materials for Jetstar, Buena Suerte and other traded products for JAHP, Jetbest2 and JANC. Secures the best price for all purchases without jeopardizing quality.Generates and submits purchase orders in accordance with the company policies and procedures.Confirms all orders and their subsequent deliveries this includes reconciling of shipments, manifests, short-and back-stocked orders and damaged items.Ensures accurate and complete updating of payment bundle though EPICOR Procurement Module.Practices networking as useful tool in securing difficult items, rush orders and backlogged merchandise. Prepares reports such as but not limited to Material Cost and Material Price Variance.Performs other task that maybe assigned from time to time.
