JOB SUMMARY:Assists online clients in their orders and payments. Processes clients’ order using a platform2. Uploads new titles in the system3. Updates stocks in the system4. Assists clients in ordering using the platformCUSTOMER SERVICE1. Assists online clients in their orders2. Manage clients payment system3. Respond to telephone and internet queries and ensures effective communication is taken and maintain customer service level.4. Seek ways to improve service delivery5. Provides customers status reports and progress updates. Seek customers feedback and ensures needs have been fully met.6. Recognizes adverse customer reactions and develops better alternative.7. Prepares Invoice and Collection Receipt to CustomersINVENTORY MANAGEMENT1. Replenishes stocks in the system2. Monitors availability of stocks in the system3. Ensures accuracy of packaged and delivered itemsDATA AND REPORTS MANAGEMENT1. Uploads price list updates.2. Prepares Retail OPN for E-Store3. Prepares Request for Payment to Accounting Main4. Prepares On-Time and In-full Report5. Provides Sales report for E-book to be submitted to Accounting MainCOMMUNICATION SKILLS1. Coordinates with Digital Marketing and Digital Group2. Coordinates with courier partner related to delivery status and updates3. Coordinates with branches regarding stocks availability and transfers
