FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
Graduate of a Bachelor's/College Degree, Industrial Engineering or equivalentAt least one (1) year experience in inventory/ planning functions or two (2) years' experience gained from supply chain, engineering and manufacturing related business, plant operationsProficiency in MS Office applications, MS Excel and data visualization toolsIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Coordinate and track the required documentation of assigned product groupsProcess documents like Refrigeration Engineering Notices and Operations Bulletins and send out to relevant personnel and teamsMonitor and track approvals to ensure all processes are complete.Provide Project and Program Management SupportConduct Inventory Analysis using data from different plantsEnsure project timeline are followed in terms of ECN processing and change management by reporting any approval challengesProvide ad hoc inventory/sales/returns/cost information reports to stakeholders when neededContribute to team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectivesPerform any other duties as deemed appropriate by line managerWHO YOU ARE:

With excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, you can efficiently process data, generate accurate high-quality reports and present results and findings.
