1. Plans and prepares the production schedule. Analyses the capacity versus forecast.
2. Prepares the resource requirements to execute the plan. This includes but not limited to manpower, tools, supplies, accessories and machine through the bill of materials (BOM) and bill of labor (BOL).
3. Recommends the cost structure for job based on the bill of materials and bill of labor.
4. Maintains a complete and orderly file of job orders, mock-recall samples, specifications, work instruction and production related date including quality control inspection records.
5. Prepares the production flow and process in accordance with Quality Assurance and Quality Control group of the third party service provider.
6. Monitors timely and completely execution of system transactions to ensure accuracy of system stock balance.
7. Handles the documentation, system transaction and audit of actual production and work-in-process waste, damages and losses.
8. Manages the business relationship with the third party service provider.
9. Validates timekeeping records and submits monthly billing on-time.
10. Ensures proper monitoring and meeting productivity output, personnel performance and compliance to company policies and standard procedures.
11. Monitors the timely and proper calibrations of equipment or instruments.
