RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure customers are provided with the highest level of service within Company guidelinesHandle customer enquiries relating to mortgage and auto products via telephone, email and written correspondenceEnsure all servicing functions completed accurately and within Service Level AgreementsEnsure the minimization of fraud, credit, and operational losses in the organization to below industry standardsSELECTION CRITERIA
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any fieldExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and writtenMinimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar roleKnowledge of Australian Finance Regulatory Environment will be an advantageExperience in a BPO/multinational institution is preferred
