The Junior SCM Admin assists the buying team in ensuring that all products comply with regulation and brand standards to help strengthen the Company’s vision.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists the buyers in ensuring all ingredients are FDA compliant, and conforms to HO standards following the “free from list” during selection of new products.Responsible for sample distribution and oversees sampling events with Catman.Ensures availability of measurement specs of all new products for planogram purposes.Ensures product attributes of each new product is documented.Reviews purchase orders versus quotations and invoices and makes sure to call the buyers’ attention immediately on any discrepancies found.Handles all payments for local and international orders.Keeps an updated file on all vendor contactQUALIFICATIONS
