LOGISTICS MANAGER

A Logistics Manager coordinates the transfer of stock or commodities from clients to other vendors or retailers.

In charge of hiring and allocating staff members to make it easier to coordinate the transfer of goods or commodities.Responsible for training employees on the process and system of transferring the goods and stocks from one location to another. He is responsible in maintaining a feedback system to improve an employee’s efficiency at work including facilitating scheduled performance appraisals.In charge of overseeing all personnel activities and providing client support.Determines the specific needs and requirements of the clients in terms of identifying solutions applicable to the situation at hand. Consults with the clients as well as discusses the distribution set-up and arrangement to ensure safety and on-time transfer and delivery of goods.Responsible for total customer care and satisfaction in terms of services provided. He is also responsible in maintaining good business relationships with internal and external customers.Ensures complete understanding and knowledge of the system and processes of logistics by the clients.Work experience from FMCG/Retail/Distribution is a plus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Accountancy, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics Management or any related coursesAt least 3-year related work experience in Logistics ManagementCan develop close coordination to delivery personnelStrong analytical and organizational skills
