STEM Legal Case Manager (Remote, Annual PHP 1M)

PACSTON & PARTNERS - Case Manager

Pacston & Partners - headquartered in Vancouver and Singapore - is working with a major global immigration law firm on the hunt for case and client managers who will hold the clients’ hands through the entire process of their immigration applications, including replying to client queries, troubleshooting with different Pacston teams, and - most important of all - reading through their application materials to ensure they meet the application standards.

The role requires excellent client service professionalism, troubleshooting skills, attention to details, strong computer literacy, and super strong reading and writing skills. You will also collaborate with other Pacston teams on a remote basis and all the correspondence will be carried out in 100% English written messages.

This job is a 100% work-from-home contractor position. You will be working adhering to a 9-to-6 Monday-to-Friday schedule during the first few months of probationary period. 

Primary responsibilities

Respond promptly to clients' queries through internal client message boards.Assist clients through their entire case processing schedule.Perform outstanding client service through English written messages. Carefully review and check documents submitted by the clients and provide suggestions accordingly to their queries with regards to the overall case processing status of each individual case..

Qualification

Master’s degree or above in STEM majors or law majorExcellent verbal English communication skills (IELTS > 7.5, TOEFL ibt > 105)Strong computer literacyStrong time management and troubleshooting skillsStrong client service professionalism

Preferred qualifications

Has published journal articles in STEM fieldsProfessional experience in content writing, technical writing and/or academic writing is a huge plus.Has bilingual (English and Mandarin or English and Hindi) backgroundFresh graduates are welcome to apply
