Job Summary:
The Logistics Management Officer shall be in charge of setting up & maintaining construction facilities such as warehouse, dormitories for workers, stockyard, etc. He will also in-charge of the supply chain management of all construction-related items.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Plan warehouses, construction barracks and distribution centers for efficiency in operations
● Ensures all logistics requirement of operations will be done in a timely manner
● Maintains physical condition of different construction facilities by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
● Safeguards construction facility operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
● Guarantees complete logistics preparedness and contingency plan for all logistics requirements Ensures completeness and accuracy of documentation and other reportorial requirements
Qualifications:
● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Management / Logistics or equivalent
● At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field
● Expert in supply chain management and logistics management preferably in a real estate industry
● Strong warehouse and inventory management skills
● Must be willing to do fieldwork from time to time in our project sites (Cavite & Laguna)
● Must have strong leadership and communication skill
● Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig
