Job Description:
Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of delivery documents and requirements (Item summary, Delivery receipts, Sales invoice, Barcode, Shipment form, proof of delivery, etc.)Allocates trucks and assigned delivery driver & helper and performs proof of delivery & Conversion of delivered delivery receipts. Attends and resolves delivery issues and concerns in coordination with concerned departmentsInputting of Sales and Inventory report.Process customer order.Process and investigate delivery claims within on time in full base on policyReconciles all payments and add all sales reports on timeEnsures proper releasing, recording & system update for all released / return accountable bookletsProcess requests, purchase orders of suppliesPerform and process permits & other government regulatoryMaintains 7S rules in the warehouse premisesSubmits all reports on time in fullJob Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce or equivalent.Experience is a plusPreferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.Must be willing to be trained.Willing to be assigned in Brgy.
