Preparation of the draft incorporation/company registration documents;Checking of applications and filled-up forms (e.g. PEZA, SEC, LGU, BIR, BIR-RDO, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF) submitted by the staff;Discussion and negotiation with client and government agencies for issues and concerns beyond the capacity of a staff;Preparation of proposal/engagement letter;Monitoring, updating and making follow-up the status of engagement and application made to government agencies;Periodic update and consultation with superior;Coordination and communication with Manager;Preparation of status report for all projects assignment and submit the same to Manager;Supervising and ensuring the duties done by Staff and Senior Staff;Preparation of revolving fund computation;Proper liquidation of cash advances made subject for checking by the ManagerProper maintenance of good record, files, documents and summary of receipts per client;Final checking of transmittal letter prepared by a staff upon completion of engagement.Requirements
Graduate of Business Course/es and/or LawPrevious paralegal or business registration experience is beneficialCPA or Lawyer or a Master’s Degree Holder is an advantageWith a Strong Work EthicsStrong Verbal and Written Communication SkillsAbility to perform multiple tasks at one time and make quick decisionsMust be willing to work onsite in Makati CityCompany Benefits
