Manages overall hub operations and is responsible for the effective and successful warehousing and inventory management, people management and compliance to all clients’ service level agreements (SLA). Enhances operational functions and procedures, addresses irregularities and plans for corrective actions. The role also acts as the branch representative on regulatory compliance.
