Job overview:
The person will be responsible for managing and supporting transitions/client implementation for small and medium client businesses into the Operations environment.
Purpose of the job:
Responsible for documenting and driving implementation deliverables from Shared Services, drafting legal documents with aid and instruction from the Client Implementation Officer and Manager, and maintenance of initial operations budget from results completed during the implementation phase.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Administrative/Support
Responsible for supporting transition back-end documentation for small to medium client businessesEnsure adherence to TATs set for each task assignedCoordination with Shared Services to drive action required through filing of tickets and oversee completion in a timely manner. Responsible for leading and driving action required from Shared Services including Talent Acquisition, Information Technology, Operations, HR Facilities and LegalDraft and submit regular and adhoc reports as assignedProject Management
In addition to the above administrative functions, the following will be assigned with the support and guidance of the Client Implementation Manager/Sr. Client Implementation Officer:Responsible for end to end transition management of small-medium client businesses into the operations environment including initiating, planning, scheduling, executing and controlling transition projectsResponsible for planning and facilitating client meetings, maintenance of project plans and completion of all required handover documentsMonitors and tracks the progress of each transition project and provides periodic reporting of risks and progress to the client, project team members and Implementation Manager.Ensures risks and impacts to the clients are identified and addressedEstablishes and manages relationships that may include both external and internal employeesRequirements:
Project Management or Client ImplementationStrong communication, planning, organization, analysis, facilitation, conflict resolution, decision making, and problem solving skills.Must be a self-starterMust have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with personnel at various levels.PC applications proficiency and good working knowledge of hardware/software/cloud (web-based) and ability to quicky learn new toolsAbility to handle multiple tasks and coordinate simultaneous projects in an organized manner and function independently.Ability to quickly grasp client's business and organization in order to effectively interact with their employees, particularly senior management.Experience required:
- Experience in project/account management (client facing)
- Experience managing multi-phase, multi- projects/accounts
- Experience with pioneering projects or start-up of Operations (ideal)
