Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or any related disciplineAt least 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Planning or Data AnalyticsFamiliar with lean manufacturing concepts, preferredSharp, capable, and self-motivated achiever who combines a deep interest in business with strong analytical capabilities, superb database and computer competencies and meticulous attention to detail.Strong and articulate oral and written communication skillsFamiliar with perfect execution conceptsMust have ability to organize and analyze multiple data sources and events into a cohesive result through the utilization of various analytical toolsWill need strong understanding of relational database concepts and ability to create proceduresStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities

Support supply chain functions such as Tooling Management, Supplier Performance, Supplier Web Portal, Environmental and trade compliance as deemed necessaryCreate, maintain, and regularly publish Sensing & Protection Global Supply Chain reports and other tools.Exhibits familiarity and confidence in utilizing various ERP systems and data sources used for analysis and reporting.Maintains accuracy, consistency, and integrity through careful and thorough examination of available data and information.Work and collaborate with other groups within or outside organization to drive for continuous improvements.Demonstrate a broader understand of Supply Chain through the application of the Mainly Supply Chain Process. Able to explain, in detail, the team’s processes and procedures.Conduct pertinent analysis by showing trends, charts, and other forms of analytical presentation using various software, system, information, reports, and other data sources.
