Job Role and Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, implement, and manage Process Improvement projects.Assess processes and take measurement and interpret the data.Monitor and audit the deployed processes for effectiveness and efficiency.Responsible for creating visual dashboards and metrics.Analyze processes to improve productivity and reduce errors or flaws at each stage of the process/Train respective project teams during project implementationOrganize Lean and Kaizen competitions across departments.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in any fieldAt least 2 to 3 years related experience is required in this role.Excellent Microsoft 365 Proficiency (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms, Access, Power Automate etc.)Strong skill set in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and MacroBasic knowledge in HTMLBusiness Process certification (i.e. six sigma) is an advantage but not requiredClear and effective communication and listening SkillsOrganized, analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving aptitudeCollaborative and team-orientedWilling to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa CityCan start immediately
