Logistics Manager (Route) - San Pedro, Laguna

The Routes Manager will be managing the overall routes plan, implement the set timelines of project management, managed the procurement of required material and supplies, and managed the day to day operations of routes dispatch and monitoring. The person will work closely with Routes Senior manager, Lazada Market place team, Regional Routes team, routes design team and make progress reports to management.

This position will report directly to Senior Manager of Routes.

Work with Routes Supervisor, team leaders and associates to plan, managed and execute the plan and will provide best productivity and economics that fit LEX operations.Establish timeline and determine critical paths,Prepare weekly & monthly reportsHelp develop agendas and prepare annotated agendas;Liaise with project partners and review contracts;Work collaboratively to help develop a communications strategy for all partnersCoordinate with involved departments, to facilitate the opening of the DOP locationsSupervise project logistics; transfers of asset and accountability monitoringProvide on-site event support, both functional and logistical;Periodically review and recommend for changes in Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) related to DOP as one strategy under Routes.Determine and analyse cost effective measures to routes/DOP operation and expansion.Determine improvement in the operation considering business partnership and growth in business terms.Investigate into employees, seller and partner’s complaints and allegations and recommend course of action.Review & evaluate and recommend effectiveness of learning and development programs for Routes operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong written and oral communication skill in EnglishAt least 2 years of Managerial experience in express/transport operation/Logistics operationsExcellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, good analytical skill, able to translate the data into graphs / tables.Able to conduct presentation to Senior Management teamExperience in handling a large team, good leadership skill and able to lead a team in accomplishing projects, achieving the performance targetCommunication and coaching skills that bring people with youCommitment to get projects done on time, in collaboration with other dedicated people.Team player, fast learner, assertive and proactive.
