This position will support the Landside Growth Team, Area Sales team, and Centre Contract Product team to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with organizational strategy, goals, policies and processes.
Will be responsible to lead FAF negotiations and execution with the aim of minimizing the cost exposure. This will include risk assessment, counteroffer and correct filling of the FAF terms agreed as per trigger intervals approved.

Own FAF risk assessments to achieve the company recovery target set by Product and Growth TeamMake recommendations to sales and product managers to minimize the exposure due to Intermodal fuel fluctuationsUnderstanding of various Fuel indexes globallyComplete the filling of approved terms timely and accuratelyHand-over of approved cases to TCM & FAF execution team before contractingDrive the application of Maersk standard FAF to the maximum extent possibleEmpower sales to understand FAF concepts and drive cost recovery mindsetConduct FAF negotiations with the customers jointly with salesPrepare tender season game plan with product ownerDeliver a timely and accurate output to key stakeholders/customersEngage TCM and FAF team to work jointly in pro of a recoveryDrive initiatives for continuous improvement jointly with Product ownerManage and drive the FAF execution teams to ensure all deliverables on Quality are metStabilize the FAF execution process and drive towards standardization and automationInternal Stakeholders

CustomersRequired Education/Work Experience
Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales and Performance ManagementBachelor degree, Masters can be preferredStrong Commercial and Analytical Mindset preferable in shipping or forwarding industryExposure and understanding of Fuel mechanisms and Indexes globallyExcellent English in written and verbal communication skillsNegotiation skills are a mustAbility to work under pressure - with high sense of urgencyDetail orientedWilling to learn and adapt to new challengesGood presentation and Microsoft excel skillsMust have a critical analytical skills/foresee challenges
