URGENT HIRING | ASSET MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - CEBU

Responsibilities:

Responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing company assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.Coordinate with other teams or departments to secure approvals, plot schedules, and overall logistics to conduct a smooth inventory.Responsible for answering inquiries, requests, and/or comments from vendors/clients.Responsible for issuing and/or clearing an employee of accountability about any company asset issued to him/her. As such, you need to keep a filing system, and safely keep all documentation.

Minimum Qualifications: 

At least 1 year experience in Asset Management or Fixed Asset Finance and AccountingAt least college graduate of business, accounting, or finance courseMust be detail-orientedExcellent problem-solving skillsKnowledge in Microsoft Office applications, i.e Excel, Word, PPTCustomer service orientedExcellent English communication skills
