Procurement
Manages overall procurement of goods by creating Purchase Request Forms and purchase orders submitted to suppliers.Analyzes and continuously improves supply forecasting method and reordering model to cater to the demand.Conducts analysis and problem-solving for issues related to forecasting, especially stockouts.Studies movement of stocks based on historical data to initiate a discussion with Operations Lead and Marketing team in establishing sales strategies.Establishes sourcing strategies to satisfy forecasted demand.Prepares monthly purchase reports for consignment accounts.Maintains an up-to-date supplier database to ensure optimized margin through competitive sourcing and pricing.Inventory
Manages inventory adjustments, stock transfers, and sales returns from all sales channels.Tracks inventory levels in all hubs, and monitors stocks posted on all platforms.Monitors on-time delivery of stocks and ensures that hubs accurately post received stocks in the system.Ensure that receiving orders from suppliers are on time.Ensures inbound and outbound activities documentation is properly done.Leads periodic inventory count, and annual wall-to-wall count.Prepares Inventory Reconciliation Report and investigates the cause of variances.Implement inventory control procedures and best practices. Create and implement process flows as needed to ensure smooth and accurate inventory.Perform other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.Finance/Admin
Assure the accurate and on-time turn over of delivery receipts, sales invoices, and other supporting docs needed to finance for processing of supplier payables on time.Ensures all orders are correctly cost out in POsEnsures that the company is sourcing from the most cost-efficient supplier.Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Industrial Engineering/Engineering.At least three (3) years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Inventory ManagementWilling to work in BGC Taguig.Strong analytical and planning skills;Advanced MS Excel skills and other computer applications;Keen on details;Good communication and presentation skills;Excellent problem-solving skills;Can start ASAP.
