Job Description:

Receiving of all approved requested items (office supplies/assets)Tagging and scanning of new delivered goods or monitored assetsIssuance of items delivered to requestor or end usersMonitoring of assets, such as transfers, disposal, defective for replacement, etc. through Asset Management File to be consolidated dailyMaintains record of all issued asset or items whether consumable items, or capitalize expensesRetrieving of procurement references of each items for transfer, and disposal for PEZA processingConducts inventory and spot-checking of assets of the companyChecking of accountabilities of resigning employees for clearance purposesMay be assigned to different TP sites as needed

Required Skills:

Graduate of any 4-year courseComputer literateFlexible and willing to extend long hours if neededProactive and fast learnerNew graduates are welcome to apply
