Job Summary:
documentation Associate is responsible for sorting, scanning, filing, monitoring and safe-keeping of all the soft and hard copies of documents of Finance - Philippine Controllership Division.
Responsible of keeping/records management for Payment Disbursement Vouchers and its supporting documents, Billing Statements, Official Receipts, Acknowledgement receipts, Related party transaction documents, Bank statements, Liquidation forms, Cash position reports and its deposit slips, Daily sales reports, Contracts and all other documents to be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, document Management or equivalentRequired skill(s): MS OfficeAbility to exercise independent judgementHigh degree of knowledge of modern office equipment and procedures, and various types of filing systems and methodologiesAbility to gather information and organize it in an orderly fashion.Competent skill in Microsoft OfficeReliable, task oriented, responsible, very keen to details, well organized and can work under pressureApplicants must be willing to work in Pasay City
