PURPOSE:
The position exists in order to assists the Vice President and Head of Legal Services and to ensure that the company shall comply with all of the regulation and laws with the objective of monitoring reportorial requirements, issued permits, registration and authority within the limits of existing rules and regulations of National Telecommunications Commission and other governmental offices that the company dealing with.The position exists in order to assists the Vice President and Head of Legal Services and to ensure that the company shall comply with all of the regulation and laws with the objective of monitoring reportorial requirements, issued permits, registration and authority within the limits of existing rules and regulations of National Telecommunications Commission and other governmental offices that the company dealing with.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
Graduate of any 4-year Office Admin course or equivalent.Proficiency and familiarity with databases and other information management tools.With keen attention to details when working on voluminous legal compliance and corporate documents.Must have an excellent organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
COMPLIANCE
Assist in monitoring compliance reportorial requirements in order to avoid revocation of permits and registration of Telco, Cable, Radio and TV Company.
MONITORING
Assists in managing and organizing a matrix in monitoring of deadlines and due dates for hearings and expiring registration and request for funds in order to avoid penalties and surcharges for Telco, Cable, Radio and TV Company.
TELCO/CATV APPLICATIONS AND TRANSFER OF AUTHORITY
Assists in preparing and monitoring all documents relative to the new applications, renewal and transfer of authority of Telco, Cable, Radio and TV Company in order to make sure that the necessary application/renewal has been applied before NTC and secure the said authority after the jurisdictional process.
FILING AND documentATION
Maintain and Update the File and Case Folders of Cases of of Telco, Cable, Radio and TV Company in order to make sure that all documents pertaining to said record are safe kept and in order.
