Supplier Coordinator (Contract)

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

A Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related fieldAt least 1 year of work experience in supplier/vendor management or coordinationFamiliarity with manufacturing system desired but nor a mustAbove average communication skills both verbal and writtenBasic to Intermediate Excel Skills (must know VLOOKUP, pivot, etc.) – should be able to work with large data setFamiliarity with ERP/SAP – should be able to extract data from SAP and organize it in excelQuick learner, keen to details and can maintain data accuracyWilling to work on late mid-shift (3PM-12MN shift)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Work with the Pressure Management (PRM) Supply Chain/Logistics Manager counterpart in creating a supplier information records to be used for PRM Tooling and Management System Project (STAM)Communicate with Global PRM suppliers to gather pre-defined information needed and organize in excel based on the template as agreed with the PRM Supply Chain/Logistics ManagerReview accuracy of data collected and validate with Global PRM suppliers any existing data that needs to be correctedModify the supplier information records as necessary based on validated data from Global PRM suppliers. This will also need cross verification of data from PRM SAP module.Communicate and report to PRM Supply Chain/Logistics Manager any risks or tailbacks related to data collection/correctionActively participate in project calls and report progressExecute all tasks related to capturing, entering and organizing data in STAM format
