The position is responsible for ensuring that the company secures all the necessary and applicable permits and licenses to conduct its business and operations complying with government agencies and department under the guidance of the Corporate Counsel and Legal Services Manager:
Graduate of pre-law, Legal Management or equivalentWith at least one (1) year of relevant experience in handling Immigration and Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) processesAmenable to work onsite daily (EDSA Buendia, Makati site)Willing to go to different government agencies to process or submit documentsKnowledgeable on laws, regulations and procedures on the application of permits and licenses and preparation of reports with local and national government unitsExcellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skillsProficient in MS Office
