We are hiring for Legal Assistant!
Responsibilities:
Support lawyers/ legal team by monitoring, tracking, organizing files, maintaining the legal storage, and more;Handling the last leg of the contract review process including double checking approvals, proofreading, clean-up/finalization of documents, endorsing for signature right up to notarization, issuing/securing copies from the other contracting party/ies and filing of duly executed contractsSafekeeping of legal correspondence and other documents for attorneys whether in paper or electronic;File pleadings with the court clerk, submitting applications, certificates, or other legal documents to external agencies;Direct and coordinate legal office activities and events, including sending/receiving of documents/ contracts to/from other sites;Act as contact point for all agency or organizational personnel.
