The Role

As a Business & Planning Manager, you will be responsible for building and updating financial/ product profitability models (whether pertaining to specific programs or products, or channels) based on a clear understanding of consumer businesses to support decision-making for the Retail Product Team.

How you'll contribute

Identify opportunities to drive profitability across the retail product in collaboration with other units (Risk, CLA)Works in collaboration with the Business Unit Heads and Business SMEs to consolidate inputs needed to build the reports/analysisCreates profitability models/framework/analysis that would support the Business teams to look for further opportunities in expanding volume growth and increasing profitabilityPerforms campaign/product initiatives profitability review in collaboration with the Business and Product managersConducts monthly deep dive on RPG’s financial performance and drivers update with the Business and Finland to discuss actual performance and rest of year outlook on driversProvides support on the annual budget preparation for RPGReports / MIS enhancements (in collaboration with DGRD)Collates and maintains data from relevant units to incorporate them in various reports needed by the RPG Management.Prepares PowerPoint presentations for Business Reviews across the RPG teamAnalyze assigned campaigns or initiatives and ensure/understand the alignment of these initiatives with overall business objectives and strategy.Analyze the financial and business driver performance of the different businesses across the Retail Product Group and be able to present these results to stakeholders and Business Heads.Works with different point persons across business units to ensure deliverables are met.Articulates and presents initiative results to different stakeholders, Business/Product Heads, and Channel Heads.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management,With experience in FP&A, Business Planning, and Data analyticsEffective interpersonal and communication skills; Conflict management and problem-solving skills; Project management skillsProficient in MS Tools (moderate to advanced Excel skills / moderate PowerPoint skills)Hard-working and can work independently as well as with a group or across cross-functional teams.
