The Role
As a Change Manager - Tasked with playing the key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and budget by increasing employee and client adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology, job roles, and organization structures. The change manager will have to coordinate with many others in the organization to implement the agreed adoption plan

How you'll contribute
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Provide input, document requirements, and support for the design and delivery of the training program.What we’re looking for
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, MarketingWith at least 5-10 years of work experienceForward-looking with a holistic approachOrganized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tacticsProblem-solving and root cause identification skillsAble to work effectively at all levels in an organizationMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through othersAcute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challengesFamiliarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycleExperience with large-scale organizational change effortsChange management certification or designation desired
