Loan Analyst

The successful candidate will be part of the dedicated Loan Services team in Manila supporting all aspects of loan administration and operations in the APAC region. Responsibilities include:

Asset onboarding includes review and analysis of loan documentationAccurate inputting and processing of all relevant loan information into the loan administration softwareDay-to-day asset management including booking cash or accrual transactions, making payments, and performing daily position and cash reconciliationsTimely resolution and escalation of all inquiries and issues related to loan processingLiaising and coordinating with external clients and internal client services teams to ensure timely responsiveness and resolution to inquiriesLiaising and coordinating with external third parties such as other Loan Administration team, Borrowers, Lenders, Trustees and Agent BanksReview and distribute loan reports as agreed with clientsFollow established procedures related to loan documentation/processing activities and make recommendations to support process improvement and risk managementDemonstrate a sound level of understanding of products and processes, both within Loan Services and other IQEQ related servicesDemonstrate a sound level of understanding of how duties relate/integrate with others in the team and closely related teams in IQEQDemonstrate product and technology proficiency

Qualifications

3-5 years experience in financial services with a background in consultancy/audit, loan operations, banking, or corporate lending, an advantageDiploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fieldProactive with a strong sense of responsibilityAbility to collaborate with team members within and outside of own teamCan work well under pressure and multi-task with a sense of urgencyAbility to independently research and resolve problemsSolid Microsoft Excel knowledgeMeticulous, diligent, willing to learnExcellent organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills
