Legal Assistant (with allowances per month)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in bank account opening requirements preparationOrganizing, filing and tracking files for important documentsAssist in preparation of legal documents requestsAssist in preparation of legal documents related to business transactions and corporate governanceDoing monitoring of legal payment such as business permit, sanitary permit, barangay permits including professional fees and retainer paymentAssist and manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidenceDevelop and maintain a filing systemHandle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Job Requirements:

Has related experience in processing legal business matters such as SEC,GIS, business permits renewals, bank applications and the likes is requiredExcellent interpersonal and English communication skillsMust be able to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of personnelMust be good in business correspondenceCapable of fostering and protecting company confidentialityFresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as has good communication skills and has background/minimal experience in legal business (processing corporate legal documents) during internshipWilling to work 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm ; Mondays to Fridays in BGC office
