Company OverviewCitco Fund Services is a division of the Citco Group of Companies and is the largest independent administrator of Hedge Funds in the world with offices in Amsterdam, Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Cork, Curacao, Dublin, Halifax, London, Luxembourg, Malvern, Miami, New York/New Jersey, Toronto, San Francisco, Singapore and Sydney.Citco International Support Services Limited – Philippine ROHQ has been operating successfully since January 2013. The Funds division is tasked with supporting Citco Fund Services in maintaining market leadership in hedge fund/private equity administration through supporting CFS’s Investor Relations Teams globally by handling investor document indexing, investor transaction and statement processing, and investor data management.Job HighlightsOutstanding career development opportunitiesPersonal mentoring from the top managementA position which can influence the future direction of the firmJob Functions/Tasks:Overall leadership and coaching of staff including Managers, Supervisors and their direct reportsOversee the daily operations of the teams and provide support and guidance in accomplishing department goalsCreate and maintain acceptable service levels for key areas of responsibilityCreate an environment of co-operation and initiative through appropriate delegation, empowerment, training and motivation. Anticipate and resolve work concerns and exercise sound judgment to make appropriate adjustments.Contribute to the roll out and success of the Global processing initiative, working closely with colleagues in multiple locations globally.Assess areas of risk on each team and within the department and implement processes to address areas of concern.Identify opportunities to enhance technology and automate procedures to limit or eliminate manual processes.Assist in the developing a global forum dedicated to sharing best practices and improving processing standards.Job Requirements:Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Economics or any related course;With 8+ years experience in Financial Services, preferably in an Investor Relations / Transfer Agency Environment with technical knowledge of Transfer Agency functions, such as share dealing, client reporting, cash processing, fee rebates and distributions across different fund types;With 5+ years experience managing people or team;Financial/trading/banking experience or knowledge of Hedge/Private Equity funds an advantage;A good understanding of Anti Money Laundering Requirements of local Regulator and Bank Policy and excellent awareness of Fraud prevention, Compliance requirements and operational risk areas;Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).Competencies:Business and Commercial AcumenQuality & Risk ManagementDecision-MakingClient Relationship ManagementExcellent CommunicationDeveloping Working RelationshipsLeadershipCoaching and Developing OthersOrganization & Resource ManagementDrive for ResultsAdaptability
