Sr. Webcasting Analyst

The Sr Webcasting Analyst will manage a dedicated portfolio of corporate clients, and will be responsible for the scheduling, coordinating and delivering of corporate events via teleconference or the web. He/she will establish best practice with clients for the optimal customer experience, and will have client retention as a key measure of success. Moreover, the Webcasting Analyst will work closely with internal teams, e.g. Account Management, Sales teams, as well as telco vendors, in the fulfillment of these responsibilities.

Liaises directly via phone and e-mail with corporate clients in account portfolioGathers event information from clients and schedule webcasts in the system following best practiceConducts product/service demonstrations to new/existing clients, as neededDelivers as scheduled audio webcasts, as described in processes, ensuring that such events go smoothlyManages clients effectively by addressing concerns accurately, completely, and in a timely mannerEscalates client issues to management for appropriate resolutionGathers and summarize event data for reportsEducation, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications:Bachelor’s Degree/Certificate in Information Technology, Multimedia/Communication Arts, or a similar disciplineAt least one (1) full year of experience in a similar role, or any client relationship management roleStrong verbal and written communication skills.Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to effectively manage workload under pressureAble to solve problems and command decisions.Able to work independently and collaborate with colleaguesTechnology savvy, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Self-driven, has a positive attitude and strong work ethicWilling to work within any US time zoneSkills, Requirements and Competencies:No supervisory responsibilities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines as described by supervisor.Assists with drafting initial project plans according to specified timeframes and within established parameters.Communicates regularly with immediate team and supervisor to become familiar with business issues and goals and to build relationships.Understands the importance of building and maintaining Notified's ongoing relationships.Prepares preliminary drafts of communication materials; proofs, reviews, and performs quality checks for correct grammar, spelling, and appropriate layout prior to delivering work products.Learns different market and technology trends.
