To assist Blockchain Gaming Customers with their support inquiries and concerns.
Salary Package: 17,000Php
Responsibilities:
Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner in a variety of channels (email, in-app messaging, live chat, and social channels)Competent knowledge of Discord, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrencies Guide players to contact support as needed and provide quality responsesProvide technical and troubleshooting expertise in a way that is comprehensive yet easy to understandEmpower players to succeed with the Blockchain game by providing relevant product knowledge and fast issue resolutionAble to prioritize work, manage time effectively and work successfully in a fast-paced, multi-faceted structured environmentRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or similar fieldAt least 6 months of call center experienceMust be able to type at least 35 WPMExcellent customer service orientation and communication skills both in written and verbalStrong PC skills in a Windows environmentTEXT US & BE HIRED!
