Ensure that the daily booking approvals are being delivered to external parties on time by regularly monitoring the tickets and attending to written and phone requests within the acceptable turnaround time.Ensure that artwork being delivered to print is within correct branding standards and artwork requirements, and are completed on time by being able to collaborate with cross functional teams both within our company and our business partners.Being able to troubleshoot general system related issues that the clients experience and ensure that proper escalation to appropriate team members are observed for higher level concerns.₱ 18000-20000 PHP / Monthly
