Pure Voice Customer Service role - you'll be answering queries from the members of sun life regarding their insurance, Claims, Benefits, eligibilityAddressing health insurance inquiries from US/Canadian membersProvides outstanding customer service and support by resolving telephone inquiries in an inbound Customer Care Center (CCC).Qualifications:
College Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree Holder (4 year or 5 year course) or 3 years undergraduate (2 years completed in college with no back subject)/2 years Vocational GraduateCandidate must have 1 year and 6 months experience in BPO handling any metrics driven international account. (Metrics: AHT, CSAT, QA)Healthcare/Financial/Insurance Account is a big advantage but not requiredIndividual Wealth Management (Investments)
Receive telephone calls mostly coming from financial advisors and sometimes from clients, regarding investment products (mutual funds, segregated funds) that were purchased form a Sun Life Financial Advisor in Canada.Provides outstanding customer service to the customersSupporting the customers by resolving telephone inquiries in an inbound Customer Care Center (CCC).Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 or 5 year course.Candidate must have at least 1 year (solid) BPO experience handling Wealth Management, Mutual funds, or any other investment accounts.Having FINRA series 6, 7, and 63 licenses would be a great advantage but not required.Group Retirement Services (Financial)

Must have finished any Medical Affiliated courses (Nursing, Medical Technology, PT, etc.)Preferably someone with knowledge in human anatomy (for them to have familiarization on some of the terminologies stated in the script)Has minimum 1 year of call center experience preferably from complex accountsGood reading, comprehension and communication skillsMust know how to pronounce medical terminologiesMust be exposed to metrics like AHT, Quality and ProductivityCompensation & Benefits:
