Work from home opportunities Candidate must have his/her own machine (we have Telecommute Program, certain amount will be reimbursed 1300-1400 every 30 days upon employment)Candidate must have a stable internet not lower than 20mbpsTHIS POSITION IS FOR NIGHT SHIFT, CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO START ASAPOPEN TO CANDIDATES NATIONWIDE!CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALISTJob Description:Responds, analyze and provide technical support for the software system via telephone calls, email, web assists and/or remote desktop connection to address issue reports related to Nowcom/DealerCenter products and services.Formulate trouble reports or tickets.Develop cross-team relation in the company and coordinate with various departments to troubleshoot and provide First Service Response.Assist clients with product informationCoordinate with sales staff to provide training to clients, as requestedDeliver high quality service to maintain customer relationships by helping clients with all account issuesLog detailed information from clients into a CRM system for tracking and escalation to Level II supportEnsure proper escalation of issues and handling customer requestsForward incoming phone calls to the correct department as neededReports to the Support ManagerJob Requirements:Must have a strong desire to help customers and maintain calm under pressureCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree/ Vocational Diploma in Computer Scienceor Information TechnologyExcellent English communication skills both spoken and written EnglishExcellent computer skills- proficient in Microsoft OfficeWorking experience in the related field is a plus for this position.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong team oriented mind setApplicants must be able to take shifting/weekend/graveyard shifts.Good work ethics, attendance and compliance in company rules and policies and job procedureMust possesses a positive attitude to and work well in a team environment10 full time positions available
