Conducts fraud/theft/misconduct/policy violations/compliance/workplace violence/security investigations while providing guidance and working in conjunction with business partners to include HR, operations, client solutions, and legal.
Key Responsibilities:
Enters submits and documents Global Security-related incidents into the internal case management system.Leads and participates in employee witness and suspect interviews in relation to an internal investigation.Provide advice, guidance, subject matter expertise, and appropriate solutions for fraud/misconduct risksSupport internal preparation efforts for upcoming PCI and compliance audits for non-mandated NA Client programsSkills Requirements:
